If they don't commercials they stuff how the fuck are we meant to buy the stuff and hear bands from places like the U.S and Canada unless they fly all they way to not headline some gig at the boxing club

right, u dont have to be commertaliesd to release music and fund tours, and get a fan base in other countries, for example bands like The Casualties, Leftover Crack, F Minus, are all non commertial bands that come over here and play large shows to crouds of fans, none of these bands are commetial or in the mainstream. yer som,e play gigs at the Boxcing Club (i.e Casualties) but then a few days later went on to play venues in london much bigger than the previous venue. Sp before u jump to conclusions thaty in order to be known u have to be commertial, coz frankly, what your saying is shite, and untrue, i am right, your not.

i dnt wanna argue, but i dnt fink thats a fair point. some bands have been in a band for ages... gc have been a band since april 95, had u heard of them b4 lifestyles of the rich and famous?!? u have one hit song which is overplayed on the telly and radio and then bang ur suddenly a commercialised band and ppl fink ur crap and forget that uve been an "underground" band for seven years. hear what im saying?!? depends on the band and the circumstances... ;D

Points:
1) There is nothing wrong with the Boxing Club.
2) I hae never heard of The Casualties, Leftover Crack, F Minus (Although I may of heard of The Casualties but Im not sure).
3) Why are commertial bands so bad, Imeen atleast they made it big and are making money doing the thing they love to do. I meen if they didnt work hard and wernt good they might be stacking shelf at savacentre of something by now.
Just something to keep you thinking and talking.

the reason u aint hurd of them bands is coz they aint commertail. i had hurd good charlotte b4 Lifestyles, and thaught it blew then, i hurd Little Things when i was over in america just b4 the release of there 1st album. look i just believe that in order to have a band u dont need to commertalise yourself in any way. i believe that music should be for the love and not for the money, its just selling out, its fair enuff if some1 is in the industry for the money, and not the love. its just my belif. i have nothing more to say on this matter. fist all yourselves.

Im not knocking the casualties there a good band but their also commercial i mean you paid to see the you can buy there stuff like the t-shirts cds etc there for there making money and that makes them a commercial band

lol..haha..another arguement!!!..now now ladies...commercial bands= linkin park, goodcharlote,the darkness,funeral for a friend (as much as i hate the truth)..they are commercial because they get played every 10 mins!!
most PROPER punk bands hate the system and commercialisation...and corperations..but still sell merch to keep their tours goin!!
and it doesnt matter if noone has heard of you..or if ur rolling in cash and u get played on smash hits tv..but the year b4 kerrange sucked your dick to get a chance of an interview...it dont matter...its all about the music!!!
who gives a fuck if bands are liked or not...you like what u like...fuck what everyone else says!!
