Collective BMX / Skate Jam - All 100ways read this

Sup dudes!

Well i got some good news on the gig front. As you might/might not know i ride for a LBS (local Bike Shop) and clothing label Collective. They are bringing out some new clothing and going to be advertising their shop to others around the country. After a big discussion with myself, and the other riders / owners. We have decided that the best solution would be to have a BMX / Skate Jam. This will bring people from all over the world and be good publicity. My idea was then developed when i thought, whats better than a BMX/Skate Jam? A BMX / Skate jam with live bands !

So what about 100ways being on the roster for the live bands. I think we are going to have about 4 bands, it will go from mid morning/afternoon till late night. So if you think you're up for it. I can't guarantee that all the riders will be into your music, but thats always a trouble when you playing to nutters like myself. But if you play your best then i cant see a problem!

Now this is only a suggestion that is only just becoming a realisation, because of the cost and all the licenses. But if we do get it going, will you play for us?

that sounds awsome! I'm up for it, i'm sure the others will be to... Obviously we can't confirm till we have solid dates and times etc. But that does sound like an awsome gig, keep us updated.

it will most probably be held at skaterham .. which is a disused church/skatepark/death trap

Yes i will keep ya updated with the date and all.. what about transport, how many of u drive? ;D

I used to skate for a pro-team man...
So I wouldn't mind playing.

i drive... Shaun can drive but has no car. Phil has a car but not a license.

So we really only have 1 car between us, it's ok as long as we share equiptment.

I can drive but I need a god navigater.... Im use-less at it as the trip to kingston proved...

Sweet shaun, if ur lucky (and if ya wanna) you might be able to go into the jam format tho, but i dunno how many skaters will be there.

Ok cool, if ya need extra transportation ill drive a van up to reading and get the gear if thats easier

Obviously this is only an idea so it could go tits up and end up being a Jam with no live bands... but we can all hope
